Our international alliances practice focuses on education and infrastructure sectors where we have deep roots, both within and outside India. We can also work on client mandated requirements outside these industry domains, leveraging extensive networks across the world.

International alliances – education
We represent over 100 American colleges and universities through an associate arrangement with a US headquartered Foundation and are facilitating a spectrum of academic collaborations. These cover full academic collaborations, student exchange, faculty exchange, twinning and transfer programmes and research programmes.

As a mandated exercise, we evaluated possible partners, initiated contact, arranged visits and match making, created positive business environment and are close to finalisation of a full academic alliance for an Indian institution with a highly reputed UK university. We expect documentation and MOUs to be signed within the next few weeks.

International alliances – infrastructure
We represent some of the world’s largest infrastructure companies in India. These companies are headquartered in North America and Europe, and consistently ranked among the Top 10 construction majors in the world, as also amongst the most admired companies. We are facilitating project specific JVs to participate in the mega infrastructure projects in India in roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, buildings, hospitals etc.

We have also received a mandate from a large Indian infrastructure company to help them acquire an international architecture/master planning/design firm.
