Anthem has a dedicated placement cell which works together with students as well as hiring organizations and we are committed to do our best to secure placements for all our students. We offer personalized counseling, communication training, resume building and practice sessions to refine interview skills to all our students. At Anthem, our vision is to enhance employability and it is around this objective that all our efforts revolve. Securing placements is a joint effort between students and Anthem, as we spare no efforts to refine the personalities of our students, even as they work hard to ensure they learn the skills of their trade as well as build a comprehensive awareness of today’s business scenario.
Students of our current batch of retail management have been interviewed by leading companies like Tommy Hilfiger, Bharti Retail, Mahindra Lifestyle, Vodafone, Aircel among several others.
As part of our internship program, our current batch of retail management students underwent a 30 days on-the-job training at Pantaloon in January 2009, and they were able to see the real life application of the concepts they learnt in the classroom. Each student will get the opportunity for practical training and at the end of the training programme, detailed feedback about the performance of each student is collected.
